Description

- Responding or calling out to clients in order to know about and solve their problems, concerns, or other worries about products or services.
- Responding to inquiries in a timely manner, explaining potential solutions, and making clients feel supported and valued.
- Understanding call center metrics and striving to meet or exceed them while offering great reliable customer service.
- As needed, trying to engage in effective communication with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing irate customers.
- Establishing lasting connections with clients and other customer service team members based on trust and reliability.

Qualifications

- At least an HS/SHS graduates
- Must have 6 months BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to report ONSITE
- Willing to work on different schedules, holidays, and weekends
- Good data entry and typing abilities
