Description

A Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound or outbound customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via telephone or other communication channels. They interact with customers to provide information, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The job requires a friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their inquiries or requests
- Providing information about products and services
- Resolving customer complaints or issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, surveys, or sales leads
- Updating customer information in the company database
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Meeting performance targets and goals set by the company
- Collaborating with team members to achieve team objectives
- Following established call center procedures and scripts
- Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at all times
- Continuously improving knowledge of the company's products and services

Qualifications

Requirements for this role typically include:

- Must be at least college graduate or 2 yrs in college
- At least 6 months CCE
- Typing speed: 30 wpm
- With excellent communication skills
- Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
- Able to multi-task
- Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs.
