Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our entertainment account team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our entertainment industry clients, addressing their inquiries, complaints and concerns via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Responsibilities:
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding entertainment products or services.
• Providing accurate, valid and complete information to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Escalating complex or unresolved customer issues to senior customer service staff or management as necessary.
• Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system.
• Providing feedback and suggestions to the management team for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Staying up to date with product and service knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients.
• Collaborating with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues or concerns.

Qualifications

Willing to work on site

Good-Excellent Communication Skills
