Location: Fairview, Quezon, Metro Manila

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agent . In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
atleast 1 year call center experience (voice only) or 1 year banking, financial services and insurance experience
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
