Description

Customer Service Representatives are in charge of answering client calls, addressing their complaints, and troubleshooting. They manage both inbound and outgoing phone calls from clients to ensure that everyone receives the assistance and support they require as soon as possible.

Qualifications

- Must be 18 years old and above
- At least HS/SHS graduate
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Must have 3 years customer facing experience (other industry)
