Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the primary brand advocate of the account to which you will be assigned. Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience
• Have good above average to excellent communication skills in English
• Have a working knowledge of computers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Are willing to work on shifting schedule
