Duties/Responsibilities:
-Timely management of a lot incoming and outgoing calls
-Always adhere to communication scripts when dealing with various topics.
-Identify the demands of the customer, be clear with the information, look into every problem, and offer remedies or substitutes.
-Seize the chance to sell more things when it presents itself.
-Create long-lasting relationships and engage clients by going above and beyond.

Qualifications

-Must be 18 years of age and above
-At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
-Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies w/in 2 years employment
-Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)
-Average to excellent English communication skills
-Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
-Available to start ASAP
