• Answering incoming calls from customers

• Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests

• Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner

• Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files

• Maximizing different client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing

• Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner

Qualifications

Highschool or Senior High School graduate requiredMinimum of six (6) months of prior sales experience (to include upsell and cross-sell) required

Previous work experience in the health care industry or work experience with senior living/care desired

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (C1 Level)

Ability to demonstrate empathy, composure, and pleasant tone

Ability to resolve customer conflicts while supporting company policies

Ability to understand customer issues and gain agreement on the issue

Exceptional problem-solving skills.Highly effective organizational skills.Proficiency in systems navigation
