Description

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage several incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Determine the needs of the consumer, make information clear, analyze each problem, and offer remedies or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Maintain clear records of every conversation in our call center database.
- Attend educational courses frequently to raise knowledge and performance standards
meet one's own or one's team's qualitative and quantitative goals

Qualifications

What we need for the role:
- Atleast Senior High School Graduate
- With atleast 6 months Call Center Experience
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills
- Willing to work on site
- Willing to work fulltime
- Willing to start immediately
