Salary:
Php 15,000.00/month

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist will interact with the companys customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service.


Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming customer calls
-Responding to customer inquiries and requests
-Ensuring that customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
-Using a variety of client-based tools and applications to manage and service customers
-Providing cutting-edge service while remaining friendly, confident, and knowledgeable"

Qualifications

Required skills and Requirements:
- Must be willing to Work on site
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservation computer programs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Ability to speak languages in addition to English preferred

Education and Experience:
