Duties/Responsibilities:
-Timely management of a lot incoming and outgoing calls
-Always adhere to communication scripts when dealing with various topics.
-Identify the demands of the customer, be clear with the information, look into every problem, and offer remedies or substitutes.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
-Work onsite
-Accounting and Finance Graduate and with at least 6 months Accounts Receivable experience (non-negotiable)
-Good communication skills
