currently has applicantsAs a technical service representative in a telecommunications (telco) account, your primary responsibility is to provide technical assistance and support to customers who are experiencing issues with their telecommunications services.
Your job description may include:
Providing technical support: You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues related to telecommunications services, including internet, phone, and TV services. You may be required to use remote access tools to access customers' devices and systems to diagnose and resolve issues.
Communicating with customers: You will be the primary point of contact for customers who are experiencing technical issues. You will need to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers to understand their issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Documenting customer interactions: You will be responsible for documenting all customer interactions, including the nature of the issue, the steps taken to resolve it, and any follow-up required.
Collaborating with other teams: You may need to collaborate with other technical teams, such as network operations, to resolve complex technical issues.
Staying up-to-date with technology: You will need to keep up-to-date with the latest technology and telecommunications services to provide the best support possible to customers.
Meeting performance targets: You may be required to meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and other key performance indicators.
Providing additional services: You may also be responsible for upselling additional services and products to customers, such as upgrading their internet speeds or adding additional phone lines.
Qualifications:
Applicants should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
No prior application with Teleperformance in the last 30 calendar days
Good communication and computer navigation skills
Willing to work on site
Willing to work on shifting schedules/holidays/weekends
Willing to work full time
Willing to undergo the whole recruitment process
Willing to start immediately
