Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries related to product orders, shipping, returns, and refunds
- Responsible for promoting and selling retail products to customers. Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing, and assisting customers in choosing the right products for their needs.
- Responsible for managing product orders, including verifying order information, processing payments, and updating customer information as needed.
- Tracking customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and working with management to implement changes that improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Atleast High School/Senior Higgh School Graduate
- With or Without BPO experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Willing to work on site
