Handle customer inbound calls for internet TV subscription. Process request for renewal, activation, disconnection and billing inquiries.

- Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
- Willing to work Full Time
- Willing to start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite
- At least 6 mos CCE (ANY CCE - international, local, non-voice, blended)
- Above Average Communications Skills
