Description

Duties:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, or chat.
- Managing data entry and processing tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Conducting research and analysis to help clients make informed business decisions.
- Creating and maintaining reports and documentation.
- Following established procedures and protocols to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborating with team members and clients to achieve project goals.
- Continuously improving processes and finding ways to increase efficiency.

- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve overall operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Education to at least the college level
- Call Center Experience is preferred.
