Description

The Senior Training Manager is responsible for the management of course and content development, training delivery processes, the management of resources to deliver the content and ongoing performance management to ensure training is efficient and effective.

Qualifications

- Must be willing to relocate from Manila to Davao or hire someone in Davao (no relocation package)
- Has an experience managing / leading Training Managers and Trainers
- COPC / Lean Six Sigma certified is a bonus
- Site: Davao Work set up: 100% onsite/Nightshift Salary: 110,000 and above (can be adjusted based on the experience and if skills are met)
