Description

Responsibilities may include:

Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with cable, internet, and phone services
Escalating more complex issues to higher-level technical support or engineering teams
Providing assistance with installation, setup, and configuration of cable, internet, and phone services
Updating customer accounts and service records with accurate and detailed information
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions
Collaborating with other teams and departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics, such as call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and service level agreements.

Qualifications

Familiarity with relevant computer software and databases
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
