Description

Provide high-quality customer service to the customer, and ensure a smooth flow of inquiries and complaints via email or chat.
* Ensure all responses to customers and clients are given with sincerity and compassion.
* Ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on a timely basis
* Resolve queries of the customer by encoding the standard replies through e-mail within the assigned

• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Developing and maintaining accurate files
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications

· 18 years of age and above ​
· At least High School graduate ​or Senior High School graduate.
· Good to excellent English communication skills​
· Computer literate and good web navigation skills​
· Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts.​
Available to start ASAP​
