Job description:
Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Basic web navigation skills
- Willing to start immediately.
