As a Technical Support Representative, you are the tech expert who will deliver outstanding IT support to the customers and clients of the biggest global brands.

Qualifications

You may be our next Technical Support Rockstar if you:
• Have an experience of at least six (6) months in the BPO industry as a TSR or 1 year of CSR experience
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have working knowledge of computers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Are willing to work in shifting the schedule
• Are willing to work in Pasig/Quezon City
