Description
Customer service representatives help customers with their questions or inquiries, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and calmly help them with their complaints. Qualifications
Applicant must be 18 years old and above
At least HS/Senior High School
Have at least 6 months BPO experience. Sales Experience is a plus
Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
Good analytical and conversational skills (good grammar)
Willing to work Full time/Holidays/Shifting Schedules
Amenable to Work on Site
