Description

Responsibilities:
-Assisting and advising customers who are considering various travel options.
-Making reservations for customers based on their specific needs and budgetary constraints.
-Confirming the availability of lodging or transportation on the customer's preferred travel dates.
-Assisting in the planning of travel itineraries by recommending local tourist attractions and points of interest.
-Processing payments and sending payment confirmations to customers.
-Resolving any booking or reservation issues that may arise.
-Marketing and selling reservation services.
-Answering any reservations-related questions from customers.
-When appropriate, upsell customers by informing them of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
-Assisting customers who need to change or cancel a reservation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service SALES is REQUIRED "
-Strong customer service orientation
-Well versed in North American accent
-Phone speaking neutral accent is preferred
-Sales Skills
-Experience in case management / account management (preferred not required)
-Experience in roles within Travel / hospitality industry (preferred, not required)
-DOS Based Application exposure (preferred, not required)
