Description

You'll answer inbound calls from customers looking to make a purchase, answer questions, handle complaints, resolve serious customer service issues, and provide general information. You will be a member of the team that consumers who are interested in our products first contact, and you will be responsible for assisting them in making phone and online purchases. You will also educate clients about the product's terms and features and convey a professional company image through voice and online interactions.

Qualifications

At least 1-3 months of BPO experience
Applicant must be at least 18 years old
Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum)/senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
Above Average English communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
