Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the one to answer incoming calls promptly and greet callers in a friendly, professional manner. Transfer calls to appropriate parties as needed, or take messages and answer questions when possible.

Qualifications

Qualifications?
-Must be at least be a high school graduate (curriculum) or Senior HS grad
-With at least 6 months of BPO experience / 6 months of customer-facing experience
-With excellent communication skills
-Must be conversant, energetic, and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
-Able to multi-task
-Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs
