Description

Duties:
- Answering customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Providing guidance and instructions on the use of hardware and software products.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical problems through remote access or on-site support.
- Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams.
- Maintaining knowledge of product updates and new releases.
- Conducting regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At least an High School or Senior High School diploma
- BPO experience preferred but not required
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Not currently enrolled or working
- Computer proficient with excellent web navigation abilities
- Willing to work a variety of shifts, including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Fully Vaccinated
