The Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a high priority banking setting is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to high net worth clients. The CSR is responsible for ensuring that all client inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
with/without BPO experience
Excellent Communication skills
Amenable to work on site
