Description

Customer Support Specialist is responsible for responding to client calls, addressing their concerns, and troubleshooting. They handle both inbound and outbound phone calls with customers to make sure that everyone receives the help and support they needed as as quickly as possible.

Qualifications

- Completed at least 2nd year college of Education, or SHS graduate
- Excellent command of English Language
- Must have at least 6 months CCE
- Willing to work onsite
