The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to airline passengers. They will handle inquiries, complaints, and issues related to ticketing, reservations, flight cancellations, and other related concerns. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing prompt resolution to any customer complaints.

Qualifications
