The Customer Service Representative for a retail account is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers who visit the retail store or contact the company's customer service center. The representative must have a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner. The representative will be responsible for answering queries, processing orders, resolving issues, and handling complaints for customers.
