- Managing the availability and inventory of rooms through the hotel reservation system.
- Handling requests, complaints, and enquires from guests professionally and politely.
- Collaborating with various departments, such as maintenance and housekeeping, to make sure visitors have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
- Keeping records of reservations and room availability that are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborating intently with the front desk and other divisions to guarantee a smooth check-in and check-out procedure for visitors.
Salary:
Php 16,500-17,500/month

Qualifications:
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Atleast 1 months CCE
- Work on Site
