- Responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and redirecting messages to the appropriate person
- Responsibile in managing schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and keep track of important dates and deadlines.
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, including sensitive and confidential information.
- Responsible in processing paperwork, such as invoices, memos, and reports, and enter data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Responsible for making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Responsible in providing administrative support, such as ordering office supplies, preparing documents, and coordinating office activities.
- Responsible in communicating with clients and vendors, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications:
-Manage meetings and interviews for general manager
-Create documents and makassist in having agents sign documents
-Manage office requirements (including purchasing of equipment, etc)
-Assist general Manager in day-to-day tasks
-Organise and assist in structuring daily tasks for management
-Assist with managing new applicants attending the office
-Complete reporting documents and reviews based on system data
