Responsibilities:
• Booking and reserving travel arrangements: CSRs must be able to help customers book and reserve travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and rental cars.
• Assisting with travel-related inquiries: CSRs must be able to help customers with inquiries related to their travel arrangements, such as flight schedules, baggage policies, and visa requirements.
• Resolving customer complaints: CSRs must be able to handle customer complaints related to travel arrangements, such as flight delays, cancellations, and lost baggage. They must be able to find solutions to customer issues while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.
• Providing travel recommendations: CSRs must be able to provide recommendations to customers regarding travel destinations, activities, and dining options.
• Processing payments: CSRs must be able to process payments related to travel arrangements, such as ticket purchases, hotel reservations, and rental car bookings.
• Staying updated: CSRs must stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meeting performance targets: CSRs are expected to meet specific performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years CCE - Any
• must have good communication skills
• Work on site
