Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from clients with airline accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to their airline accounts, including flight booking, flight status, baggage, and travel documentation.
Utilize company systems and tools to document client interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Stay up-to-date with the latest airline products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
Provide travel guidance to clients on booking options, travel planning strategies, and financial planning advice.
Ensure that client data and personal information is protected and handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure.
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Ability to work independently in a remote, work-from-home environment.
Familiarity with airline products and services, including flight booking, accommodations, and transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
