Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of an online retail account. They will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and account-related issues with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and empathy. The CSR will be expected to have a strong understanding of the products and services offered by the account and be able to communicate this information clearly to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner
Assisting customers with account-related issues, such as order status, product inquiries, and returns/exchanges
Providing guidance and education to customers on the online retail products and services, such as pricing and shipping options
Troubleshooting issues with orders and providing solutions to customers
Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors as needed
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information in the account's systems
Adhering to all compliance and regulatory guidelines set forth by the account and industry standards
Collaborating with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications

Qualifications:



Have at least 6 months (continuous) voice (inbound/outbound) BPO experience. Sales Experience is a plus
Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
Good analytical and conversational skills (good grammar)- Diploma is not required
Amenable to work on site
