currently has applicantsAn Auto Finance Customer Service Representative (CSR) interacts with customers who have financed their vehicles through a financial institution. The CSR helps customers with their account inquiries, assists with payments, and provides guidance and solutions for account-related issues. Auto Finance CSRs work in a variety of settings, including call centers, branches, and online support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
• Assist customers with making payments, providing payoff information, and addressing account inquiries
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about accounts, products or services
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Process loan applications, requests, and other account-related documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Work with the auto finance team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Qualifications:
• 1year CCE
• DAYSHIFT
• Above average communication skills
• With valid NBI clearance
• Must have reach College level education attainment for old curriculum
