- Must be at least be a high school graduate
- With at least 3 months BPO experience
- With excellent communication skills
- Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
- Able to multi-task
- Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs
- 12MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload speed (for wfh)
