currently has applicantsAs a Customer Service Representative for the Radio Satellite Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who utilize radio satellite services. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any issues they may have, answering their questions, and providing assistance with their account.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding radio satellite services via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate and complete information to clients regarding their accounts, including account balance, billing, and technical issues.
Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner, following company policies and procedures.
Escalate issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to radio satellite services.
Educate clients on new products and services related to radio satellite services.
Work collaboratively with other team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality, security, and data protection.
Qualifications:
With atleast 6 months CCE
Applicants must be 18 years old
Applicants is a high school graduate(old curriculum)/ senior high school graduate(new curriculum)
Good to Excellent communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
Amenable to work on site
