Description

As a Customer Service Representative in the Banking Account, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs. You will be the first point of contact for customers, and will handle inquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues. You will also provide information about banking products and services, process transactions, and ensure that customer accounts are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner
Providing information about banking products and services, including interest rates, fees, and account options
Assisting customers with opening and closing accounts, applying for loans, and other banking transactions
Ensuring that customer accounts are accurate and up-to-date
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell banking products and services
Resolving customer issues related to fraud, lost or stolen cards, and other security concerns
Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
Staying up-to-date with changes to banking regulations and policies, and communicating these changes to customers as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
with/without BPO experience
Excellent Communication skills
Willing to work on site
