Description

Customer service representatives help customers with their questions or inquiries, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and calmly help them with their complaints. They respond to calls and provide worthy solutions to the customers so that they leave them satisfied with the products and services.

Qualifications

Applicant must be 18 years old and above
At least Senior High School Graduate
Has strong Customer Service orientation
Well versed in North American accent
Experience in case management / account management (preferred not required)
Experience in roles within Travel / hospitality industry (preferred, not required)
Willing to work Full time/Holidays/Shifting Schedules
Amenable and willing to work on site
Willing and able to start asap
