currently has applicantsAs a Customer Service Representative for the High Priority Banking Account, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to high-net-worth clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance with their accounts and resolving any issues they may have.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients, responding to inquiries and providing assistance with their accounts via phone, email, or chat.
Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients, demonstrating empathy, and addressing their needs and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.
Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner, following company policies and procedures.
Escalate issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to clients, based on their individual needs and goals.
Educate clients on new products and services related to high priority banking.
Work collaboratively with other team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality, security, and data protection.
Qualifications:
at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
with/without BPO experience
Excellent Communication skills
Willing to work on site
Applicants must be 18 years old
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
