Description

Responsibilities:
- Creating technical documentation, such as user manuals, instruction manuals, and technical reports.
- Editing and proofreading technical documents for accuracy, clarity, and style.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Developing and maintaining documentation templates, style guides, and other resources to ensure consistency.
- Researching and staying up-to-date on relevant technologies, products, and industry standards.
- Providing support for internal and external customers who use technical documentation.
- Managing documentation projects and timelines, and communicating progress and issues to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as technical communication, journalism, or engineering) preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical information into clear and concise documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with documentation tools such as Adobe Technical Communication Suite, MadCap , Flare, or RoboHelp
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of software development processes and terminology
