Description

A customer service representative in a radio satellite account is responsible for providing assistance to customers who subscribe to satellite radio services.

Answering customer inquiries: The customer service representative must be able to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a clear and professional manner. They must have a thorough understanding of the satellite radio services offered and be able to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.

Assisting customers with account management: The representative should be able to assist customers with managing their accounts, including making changes to account information, upgrading or downgrading their service plan, and helping customers understand their billing statements.

Resolving customer concerns: The representative must be able to handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. They must have the ability to resolve conflicts and find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the satellite radio company.

Providing technical support: The representative should be able to troubleshoot technical issues that customers may experience, such as connectivity or reception issues. They should also be able to provide guidance on setting up and using satellite radio equipment.

Upselling and cross-selling: The representative should be able to identify opportunities to promote additional services and features to customers, such as premium channels or add-on equipment.

Collaborating with other departments: The representative should be able to collaborate with other departments within the satellite radio company, such as billing or technical support, in order to resolve customer concerns or facilitate account management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Applicants should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
No prior application with Teleperformance in the last 30 calendar days
Good communication and computer navigation skills
Willing to work on site
Willing to work on shifting schedules/holidays/weekends
Willing to work full time
Willing wo undergo the whole recruitment process
Willing to start immediately
Must not have conflict of interest such as plans to study/enroll or work abroad
