Description

Answering customer inquiries: The customer service representative must be able to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a clear and professional manner. They must have a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the financial institution and be able to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.

Assisting customers with account management: The representative should be able to assist customers with managing their accounts, including making changes to account information, setting up automatic payments, and helping customers understand their account statements.

Resolving customer concerns: The representative must be able to handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. They must have the ability to resolve conflicts and find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the financial institution.

Maintaining customer records: The representative must be able to accurately maintain customer records and ensure that all necessary information is up to date and accurate.

Identifying opportunities to promote financial products and services: The representative should be able to identify opportunities to promote financial products and services to customers, such as credit cards, loans, and savings accounts.

Collaborating with other departments: The representative should be able to collaborate with other departments within the financial institution, such as loan processing or fraud prevention, in order to resolve customer concerns or facilitate account management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Applicants should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status

Good communication and computer navigation skills
