Description

Delivery services customer service representatives (CSRs) are responsible for providing assistance and support to customers who are utilizing delivery services, such as package delivery, food delivery, or courier services.

Responsibilities may include:

Answering customer inquiries and providing information about delivery services, pricing, and delivery schedules
Resolving customer complaints and issues, such as lost packages, incorrect deliveries, or delays
Providing assistance with online ordering and payment systems
Tracking and updating delivery statuses and schedules
Coordinating with delivery drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborating with other teams and departments, such as operations and logistics, to ensure efficient delivery operations
Suggesting and upselling additional services to customers to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Please ensure to pre-screen all candidates and endorse only those who passed the minimum qualifications:

·  Must be 18 years of age and above
·  At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
·  Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies w/in 2 years employment in TP
·  Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)
·  No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
·  Average to excellent English communication skills
·  Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
·  Available to start ASAP
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Knowledge of delivery service policies and procedures
Familiarity with relevant computer software and databases
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
