- Experience as a Team Leader in a US Telco account with focused on Customer Service and Voice of the Customer/CSAT
- At least 1 year TELCO Account experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment
- Excellent english written and oral communications skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (preferred)
- Applicant must be amenable to work in shifting schedule
