currently has applicantsWe are looking for a Learning & Development Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging training materials using various digital tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient in e-learning development, video editing, and simulation authoring to enhance the overall learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage e-learning content using Adobe Captivate and other instructional design tools.
Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, and course materials using Adobe Photoshop.
Edit and enhance audio recordings with Adobe Audition for voice overs and training materials.
Produce and edit high-quality training videos using Adobe Premiere or other video editing software.
Develop animated training videos using Vyond and AI-generated video platforms like Synthesia.
Utilize simulation authoring tools to create interactive training modules.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of training materials.
Analyze training impact and make recommendations for improvements.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Strong expertise in e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate.
Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia editing using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Audition.
Experience with animated and AI-powered video creation tools like Vyond and Synthesia.
Ability to develop interactive learning simulations using simulation authoring tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
