currently has applicantsAs a Customer Service Representative for the Financial Travel Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who require financial services related to travel. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any issues they may have, answering their questions, and providing assistance with their account.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding financial services related to travel, including credit cards, travel insurance, and foreign currency exchange, via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate and complete information to clients regarding their accounts, including account balance, billing, and technical issues.
Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner, following company policies and procedures.
Escalate issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to financial services related to travel.
Educate clients on new products and services related to travel and finance.
Work collaboratively with other team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality, security, and data protection.
at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
at least 18 years old
with/without BPO experience
Excellent Communication skills
Amenable to work on site
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
