currently has applicantsThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients of a radio satellite account. This includes answering inquiries, addressing complaints, processing orders, and resolving issues related to billing, programming, and reception. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, as well as providing feedback to management on customer needs and trends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services offered by the radio satellite account
Process orders, upgrades, and cancellations according to established procedures
Resolve customer complaints and issues related to billing, programming, and reception
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers after resolution of their issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and areas for improvement
Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures
Achieve performance targets set by the management team
Qualifications:
Applicants must be 18 years old
Applicants is a high school graduate(old curriculum)/ senior high school graduate(new curriculum)
at least 6 months CCE
Amenable to work on site
Good to excellent communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
