- Designs and develops instructional materials for training courses that support employee competency development
- Demonstrates and utilizes effective learning needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills
- Can independently develop entry and advanced level courses for all leadership levels
- Able to utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools
- Certifies Learning & Development Trainers on facilitation of newly developed curriculum
- Facilitates employee skill development classes as needed
- Revises/updates existing training materials for better training results
- Validates effectiveness of training programs and recommends improvements to address identified opportunities/gaps
Required Skills:
MUST have a collections account background (Atleast a year)
At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position: Designing,developing modules/curricula for behavioral/motivational, leadership training in Call center/BPO Training, E-Learning applications, LMS.
Looking for someone who as current experience in today’s collection environment (5 years or more)
This covers strong background of collections processes, laws, and knowledge in the US market. Both Banking and consumer collections.
65k is cap but willing to accept more than that depending on how strong the background
