Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

Qualifications
• At least High School Graduate
• Requires 1 year of Call Center Experience and valid NBI Clearance
• Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
• Good communication and computer navigation skills
• Average to Good Communications Skills
• Willing to start immediately
• Amenable to work on site
